The Port Commission meets twice a month to discuss Port business and set policy. Regular meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month at the City of Cascade Locks in the City Hall Council Chambers, 140 SW Wa Na Pa, Cascade Locks, Oregon, unless otherwise noted.

The Port of Cascade Locks Budget Committee is composed of all five Port Commissioners, plus five additional citizen members appointed to the committee by the Port Commission.
